Pricing policy

It is our policy to make sure that every customer knows the exact charges for services BEFORE WORK BEGINS! We have a good reputation and do not subscribe to any scam or "bait and switch" tactics. We want every customer to become a regular customer, and this will only happen if the customer is given good, honest service.

The prices below contain some of our current and advertised prices. We will be happy to quote prices over the phone.

There are some cases where it is better that we come to your home and do an inspection and evaluation before we quote prices. This is a FREE service with no charge or obligation.

The following are some of the things that can affect pricing and these are what we look for in the inspection and evaluation visit.

•	Larger than normal amounts of furniture to be moved
•	Heavily soiled carpet (requires additional treatment)
•	Spots: 98% of spots usually come up with the normal cleaning process. Spots left after cleaning require additional treatment. There are spots that DO NOT COME UP. These will be discussed with you.
•	Size of rooms. Rooms over 250 square feet are considered two rooms.

These are a few things that affect pricing although this is not a complete list.

Wood Furniture - Scratches

Light scratches will often disappear when carefully rubbed with furniture polish or paste wax. Deeper scratches can be hidden by carefully rubbing with a piece of oily nutmeat such as Brazil nut, black walnut, or pecan. Be careful to rub the nutmeat directly into the scratch so it will not darken the surrounding wood. Color the scratch with brown coloring crayon or liquid shoe dye (especially good on walnut).

Stain the scratch with iodine: Mahogany--use new iodine; Brown or cherry mahogany--iodine that has turned dark brown; Maple--dilute one part iodine with one part denatured alcohol.

Commercial scratch removers or stick wax to match the wood finish can also be used.

After the scratch has been hidden, polish or wax the entire area. Deep scratches on some modern furniture finishes which resist staining are almost impossible to hide.
